Plonk’d x Counter Culture — Newquay Takeover
We’re heading to Newquay for an exciting collab with the team at Counter Culture! They opened their doors not long after we did, serving up incredible Pintxos and small plates, and have just been listed in the Good Food Guide 2025, a huge achievement (and one we’re definitely aspiring to ourselves!).
While our concepts share a few similarities, our flavours and styles are distinctly different, so this is set to be a fun, creative day of food, flavour and collaboration. Expect walk-in Pintxos service alongside a more formal sit-down set menu in the restaurant.

Tom Lodge & Plonk’d Present: Tân
We’re buzzing to announce our first ever collaboration dinner with Tom Lodge, under the banner Tân, a name that celebrates fire.
Tom’s a young Welsh chef with serious talent and a playful edge. He’s all about smoky, punchy flavours, open-fire cooking, and keeping things fun. No fuss, no pretence, just great food, good vibes, and a few experiments thrown in for the thrill. Expect a laid-back night of flame-grilled dishes and a Plonk’d smoky cocktail menu.
Dinner will be served indoors at Plonk’d, with a front-row view of the live-fire action through the window.

By popular demand, we’re bringing back the Taco’s! This time, all day tacos, so not as many of you miss out! Again, tequila-based cocktails and a lively atmosphere. This is going to be a fun one!

We’re back with Round 2 of our spirits tastings and this time it’s all about Rum! 🥃
Joining us once again is Tristan, ‘The Curious Bartender'. World renowned drinks expert, author, podcaster and co-founder of eight award-winning bars and restaurants across London, Bristol & Cornwall. He’s spoken at just about every major drinks festival on the planet and if you came to our Agave night before Christmas, you’ll know why it sold out so fast. Expect an evening that’s fun, different and led by someone whose passion is infectious.

Sunday Lunch - Suckling Pig
Sunday’s at Plonk’d
We have been dreaming up something special for the cooler months: a long, lazy, and utterly indulgent Sunday, with a Spanish soul, and course something that no one else is doing (you know how we love to do ‘different’!).
The plan…..Suckling pig. The skin is roasted to a crisp, golden perfection, while the meat stays melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavour.

As you all know, we took our Spanish style to Outlaws Fish Kitchen at the beginning of the summer, and now for Round 2, they will be showing us what they do best, from our Plonk’d Kitchen.

Paul Welburn - Kitchen Takeover

With years of Michelin-starred experience, Paul has held a star and 3 AA Rosettes not once, but twice – working alongside legends like Gary Rhodes.
Known for bold, nostalgic cooking done with heart, you might also recognise him from Great British Menu, where his ‘Blackout Beef’ scored a perfect 10.

Tequila & Taco's!
🍸 Tequila and Tacos 🌮 Who remembers the last time we did this? It was wild — we completely underestimated how many of you would turn up for tacos (lesson learned!). Jonny hand-pressed fresh corn tortillas on the night, loaded with four different toppings — each one packed with bold, messy, delicious Mexican flavour. So… we’re doing it again! Expect a Margarita menu, Tequila and a selection of killer tacos — all available to order on the night. Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready for a proper fiesta.

Cheese and Wine Tasting
We’re teaming up with CHEESE WADEBRIDGE, our brilliant new neighbours who’ve just opened a seriously impressive cheese shop. Loz and Rosea have been making cheese since 2015 and now craft it fresh on-site, with over 120 UK, Irish, and continental varieties to choose from.
We’ll be pairing a selection of their incredible cheeses with some unexpected and exciting wines — not just the usual big reds!

Wadebridge BIG LUNCH
Every year, Wadebridge comes together for The Big Lunch — with Molesworth Street transformed into one long communal table! Bring your own picnic or grab delicious bites from local traders, all while enjoying live music throughout the day.

We’re teaming up with Nathan Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac for a one-off Sunday afternoon of cocktails, wine, and San Sebastián–inspired dishes. Expect a specially curated selection of cocktails and beautiful wines from us, alongside a range of Basque-inspired snacks and plates prepared by the Fish Kitchen team.

Seamus returns to Plonk’d, after performing a few weeks ago, we loved it!
He is a UK based Multi instrumentalist and DIY Folk Musician.
Inspired by the powerful and ancient music of old, that stems from the land of England, Ireland and Scotland, Seamus will frequently be found performing these songs and sampling the Guinness in Pubs across the UK and Ireland , usually with a Banjo, Bouzouki, Whistle and Guitar.
Seamus has a passion for the Folk music of this land and feels a personal responsibility to help contribute towards its endurance through to his generation and the next.
"Man on the Moon" was released 2022 as a single, the first since 2017's release of his first Album "Take Me To The Mountains" which featured on BBC Radio 6 Music. 2023 saw the release of his Self Made EP - "Songs of the Isles", containing classic tracks such as "High Germany" and "The Limerick Rake", along with an original track "Working For The King" - A tale of woe from a disgruntled crown servant...
Séamus new adventures have taken him to mystic and beautiful county of Cornwall where he is currently establishing himself as a professional musician.

We look forward to welcoming her in Plonk’d for the first time.
