We’re buzzing to announce our first ever collaboration dinner with Tom Lodge, under the banner Tân, a name that celebrates fire.
Tom’s a young Welsh chef with serious talent and a playful edge. He’s all about smoky, punchy flavours, open-fire cooking, and keeping things fun. No fuss, no pretence, just great food, good vibes, and a few experiments thrown in for the thrill. Expect a laid-back night of flame-grilled dishes and a Plonk’d smoky cocktail menu.
Dinner will be served indoors at Plonk’d, with a front-row view of the live-fire action through the window.
