Sunday’s at Plonk’d
We have been dreaming up something special for the cooler months: a long, lazy, and utterly indulgent Sunday, with a Spanish soul, and course something that no one else is doing (you know how we love to do ‘different’!).
The plan…..Suckling pig. The skin is roasted to a crisp, golden perfection, while the meat stays melt-in-your-mouth tender and full of flavour.

Vegetarian option: “Suckling” celeriac — roasted and glazed until meltingly soft inside, with a caramelised, crisp skin.
